Just sit right back and you’ll hear a tale…

I know, I know.

I told her to practice piano more.
But if I have to listen to “The Ballad of Gilligan’s Isle” one more time, I may just go maroon myself of a deserted island.
Seriously, 200 minutes of this has far exceeded both my expectations and worst nightmares.

So, here’s hoping I can stick it out until her lesson on Friday when Gilligan will sail off into the horizon.

P.S. If you were stuck on a deserted island, and could only have one book there with you, what would you choose?

  1. Yikes! I’d take the Bible because I’ve never quite gotten around to reading the whole thing. But if I could sneak another book in, I’d bring The Complete Shakespeare, ’cause it’s kind of like the Bible. I know the general plots of the stories, but I haven’t exactly read them. 🙂

  2. First, be grateful it is the theme to Gilligan and not “It’s A Small World”! I still have Disney World nightmares from that one. Only one book. Whew. Tough one, that. Honestly, I guess under those circumstances I’d choose the Bible. Can I bring one Stephen King, too, to balance it out?
